What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the digital marketing activity across key channels:

• Managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta, programmatic, display, and other relevant platforms
• Building acquisition strategies focused on registrations, FTDs, deposits, active players, and revenue
• Managing digital marketing budgets and allocating investment based on performance and business priorities
• Monitoring key metrics including CPA, FTD cost, conversion rates, ROAS, LTV, and retention
• Working closely with creative teams to continuously test and improve campaign concepts, formats, messaging, and landing pages
• Identifying new channels, audiences, technologies, and growth opportunities
• Building clear reports and translating performance data into actionable recommendations

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally within iGaming, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or another highly competitive digital industry
• Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, programmatic, display, and digital media buying
• Solid understanding of the full acquisition funnel - from impression and click to registration, FTD, deposit, retention, and LTV
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data and marketing budgets
• Experience with GA4, attribution, tracking, reporting, and analytics platforms

What you'll be doing

You'll be the owner of the company's finance function, responsible for:

• Running the full accounting cycle: bookkeeping, month-end and year-end close, and annual financial statements under Bulgarian accounting standards
• Running payroll (ТРЗ) end to end: salaries, social security and health insurance contributions, leave and sick pay, and all filings to НАП and НОИ
• Preparing and filing VAT, corporate income tax and other statutory returns, and keeping the company compliant with Bulgarian tax and labour legislation
• Managing the relationship with external auditors, banks, the tax authorities and the Commercial Register
• Handling supplier and customer invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations and cash-flow tracking, including foreign-currency transactions with international partners
• Building the finance processes and controls a growing company needs, and working with management on budgets and monthly reporting
• Supporting the specific accounting and reporting requirements of a regulated iGaming business

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of accounting experience in Bulgaria, including time as a chief accountant or senior accountant with full responsibility for the books
• Hands-on payroll (ТРЗ) experience, including labour and civil contracts and the related НАП and НОИ filings
• Strong knowledge of Bulgarian accounting standards, VAT, corporate income tax and labour law; IFRS is a plus
• University degree in accounting, finance or economics
• Confident with accounting and payroll software and with Excel
• Experience with foreign-currency accounting or international counterparties
• Precise, organised and comfortable being the person who owns the numbers
• Experience in iGaming, fintech or another regulated industry is an advantage
• Fluent Bulgarian and working English

What you'll be doing

You'll work across the platform's services and the code that talks to them, responsible for:

• Building and extending backend services in Go: gRPC APIs, PostgreSQL migrations and repositories, event consumers on NATS
• Working end to end on features that cross the API gateway, the back-office API and the front ends, in TypeScript where needed
• Using AI coding agents to draft, test and review code, and learning to judge what they produce rather than trust it
• Writing tests and specs for your own work, and reading the ones that already exist before you touch anything
• Taking part in code review, incident follow-ups and the small daily decisions that keep a codebase clean

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of professional or serious project experience with a typed backend language; Go is ideal, and we will teach it if you come from Java, C#, Rust or TypeScript
• Comfortable with SQL and relational data modelling; you know what a transaction and an index are for
• Daily use of AI coding tools, and opinions about where they help and where they mislead
• Enough frontend to be dangerous: you can read React and TypeScript and wire a form to an API
• Git, containers and the command line hold no fear
• Curious, precise and honest about what you do not know yet
• Working English; Bulgarian is a plus

What you'll be doing

You'll own the front of the platform and the layer that feeds it, responsible for:

• Building and evolving the player web app in React and TypeScript: lobby, games, wallet, bonuses, account and responsible-gaming flows
• Building the operator back office: dense, fast, keyboard-friendly screens for people who use them all day
• Maintaining the corporate site and turning marketing's designs into production pages
• Working in the TypeScript API gateway and back-office API when a feature needs an endpoint shaped for the UI
• Owning performance, accessibility and mobile behaviour, with measured baselines rather than opinions
• Collaborating with design, product and backend engineers, and using AI tooling to move faster without lowering the bar

What we're looking for

• 3+ years building production web applications with React and TypeScript
• Strong CSS: layout, responsive behaviour, theming with design tokens, and the discipline to keep a stylesheet clean
• Comfortable on the server side of TypeScript: Node or Bun, REST or gRPC clients, authentication and sessions
• An eye for detail and the habit of testing on real devices, not only the browser's device toolbar
• Experience with performance and accessibility tooling, and with automated UI tests
• Daily use of AI coding tools, with judgment about what to keep
• Experience in iGaming, fintech or another real-time consumer product is an advantage
• Working English; Bulgarian is a plus
